All of our experts are registered with the GMC and specialist trained in their respective medical disciplines.

These reports are provided for Immigration Tribunals in accordance with the Istanbul Protocol, for Criminal Matters in relation to injuries sustained whilst in detention whether self-inflicted, accidental or otherwise. Further to this, our experts can evaluate the causation of injuries such as Assault and Wounding (in relation to ABH/GBH), Attempted Murder, Blunt and Sharp Force Injuries including broken glass injuries, fatal and non-fatal knife stab and slash wounds, throttling and ligature strangulations, suicidal hanging, self-inflicted injuries (both suicidal and non-suicidal) and bite mark injuries.

In addition to this, our experts are able to provide reports that address sexual offences in both adults and children, including rape and sexual assault. Mind Professionals is able to assist if a report is required to address injuries sustained during arrest and evaluate whether reasonable force was used as well as reporting on deaths in custody.
